Due to Coronavirus restrictions, we are unable to run any group rides or training at this time. We hope to be back with you before too long.

Our "Bike Minded" project brings the benefits of cycling to anyone in Bristol experiencing wellbeing issues.

Who is it for?

Anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, depression - or any other condition that affects your wellbeing.

What we offer

Whilst our current group ride programme is ending, we are developing a new programme including some 'Return to cycling' and 'Beginner cycling' courses for 2020.
