Our "Bike Minded" project brings the benefits of cycling to anyone in Bristol experiencing wellbeing issues.
Who is it for?
Anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, depression - or any other condition that affects your wellbeing.
What we offer
Whilst our current group ride programme is ending, we are developing a new programme including some 'Return to cycling' and 'Beginner cycling' courses for 2020.
In the meantime:
