What days are collections available?

You will be given a set date/time for collection. You should collect your bike on your allotted day and at the appointed time.  Customers turning up without an appointment will be turned away.  Please bring ID and proof of purchase which you should have received by email.
Collections by appointment are available from Tuesday to Saturday.

What if the bike isn’t right for me?

If you are collecting, please inform the mechanic for the reason and leave the bike. Then contact us via eBay to explain the issue. We will issue you a full refund.

If you have had the bike delivered, please contact us via eBay to explain the issue. If there is no fault with the bike, you’ve just changed your mind in the first 30 days, we will issue you a full refund.

(Collection only) What if I arrive and there is something wrong with the bike?

Please inform the mechanic who will fix the fault there and then or arrange another collection window. If the fault cannot be rectified the mechanic will contact you and say so. You will then need to contact us through eBay for a full refund.

Please note: For safety reasons we can’t issue refunds at the workshop or swap bikes.  This must be done through eBay.

What happens if I can no longer make my collection day?

Please contact us via eBay and let us know. We will arrange another collection date for you.

Can I just turn up to buy or collect a bike?

No. For safety reasons customers should not turn up outside their agreed collection window. To protect our staff and other customers, we reserve the right to turn away anyone who does this.

Is it safe to collect my bike/have my bike delivered?

Our primary focus is to protect the health of our staff and customers. Our staff are following Government guidelines, including strict cleaning and social distancing measures. All bikes are handled with gloves and will be fully disinfected before collection or delivery.
We are confident that providing collection windows will reduce the chances of customers coming into contact with anybody else. If someone else is collecting their bike when you arrive, please keep a safe distance of at least two meters at all times.

Help us stay safe: Please do not enter the workshop for any reason at any time.
