This Bike for Beginners course is for people who have never cycled before and would like to learn. We will give you plenty of time, space and support to practice pedalling off-road, slowly building up to cycling on quiet roads in your own time.

The course is 5 weeks long, but if you cannot make all 5 sessions you can still join in, just let us know on the registration form which sessions you cannot make.
Location: The Vench Adventure Playground - Lockleaze
Times: 10am - 12 noon.
Cost: These courses are funded so you may join us for FREE. We do however ask for a £10 returnable deposit to book your space. You may also choose to donate £15 or £25 towards Life Cycle UK to help fund future work. We encourage anyone who would like to join but cannot put down the £10 deposit to contact us and we can book your space.
What else do you need to know: This course is for adults, 18 years+. Bikes provided if you can’t bring your own. The session will be run by friendly cycle instructors. The groups will be small and very relaxed, we will go at your pace.
