Bike Sales - Bristol

Black road bike leaning against a white brick wall

We sell affordable, refurbished bikes for adults in a range of styles, makes and sizes. Our bikes are sourced through our "Bike Back" project, which trains prisoners as bike mechanics so they can build a brighter future after release. Our bikes are given a 'Gold' service by prisoners. Then they're fully safety-checked by one of our qualified mechanics. During COVID-19, most bike sales are being made via eBay, with collection from our Bristol-based workshop. For a limited time only, we also have some fab new bikes for sale too!

We are still open during Covid-19 restrictions for sales and donations!

How do I buy a bike?

  1. Visit our eBay store, choose your bike and pay for it online.
  2. We will contact you via eBay to arrange an appointment for collection. Please do not come to the workshop without an appointment.
  3. We will help set your bike up for your height then you can “test ride” it around the car park. When you are happy, it's all yours!

Where do I collect my bike?

Bike Back Bristol: 19 Cambridge Road, Bristol, BS7 8PS.

Our workshop is based in Bristol prison's car park. We are fully accessible to the public and you will not have to enter the prison to get to us. The prison car park is often full so we recommend parking in the residential roads around the prison. Once past the car park barriers, walk through the prison car park, turn right and our workshop is at the far end of the car park through the high silver gates with a wheel on. Click here to find Bike Back Bristol on Google maps
