Coming soon to Life Cycle... Healing rides for young widows
Life Cycle is piloting a series of cycle rides for women with school-age children who have been widowed.
Led by Poppy Brett, recently widowed CEO of Life Cycle and mother of two teenagers, the rides are an opportunity to take a break from your grief and find positive ways forward. Poppy says:
“Grieving is exhausting. Losing your partner and becoming a single parent overnight is overwhelming and sometimes you just need a break from the rollercoaster of emotions that it hurls at you. So, whether you are newly widowed or an old hand, join me for some cycle therapy and friendship and share your journey with others who understand.”
Suitable for all abilities. We will use gentle local traffic-free routes to get out into the open, breathe, chat, and meet others in a similar situation.
