Boneshaker Magazine

We'd heartily recommend you get your hands on a copy of the new Boneshaker magazine, started by the guys at the Bristol Bike Project. It's full of articles, stories and anecdotes about people doing great things with bikes. It will be available nationally soon, but in the meantime pick up your copy in Bristol from one of the following: the Arnolfini, the Here shop, Jake's Bikes, Shop (Christmas Steps), Howies, Bristol Bike Workshop and Bike. Happy reading!

1:1 cycle training still only £5

If you live in Bristol, Bath or North Somerset, you can still book a cycle training session with your personal trainer for the bargain price of £5 (the usual price is £30). Call 0117 353 4580 to book or find out more.

Here's a quote from a recent trainee:  "Becky, my trainer, was absolutely brilliant. She really sorted me out and I now feel a lot safer in Bristol traffic."

The rides will be short and sociable, and take place in various local areas in Bristol, incorporating quiet roads and traffic-free cycle paths. If you're interested, or know someone who may be, please contact Julie Hares on julie.lifecycleuk@googlemail.com or call 0117 353 4580.
