Children learn how to cycle skillfully and safely.
Children love bikes and they are eager to ride them. Cycling helps kids grow up fit and healthy, and it introduces them to the wider world. On their bikes children learn about the areas where they live, they meet friends, they go places.
Life Cycle UK runs all sorts of bike-related activities that build on children's natural enthusiasm for cycling while helping them to learn essential skills. We are experts in cycle training and run courses in the Bristol and Bath areas in selected primary schools. We also run courses for 8 to 11-year-olds during the school holidays. For more information, download a booking pack or give the office a ring. Look at our courses and events page to find out the dates and times of the courses.
Our training meets the Government-approved standard called Bikeability. This is a new and much-improved version of the classic Cycling Proficiency Test. Life Cycle helped create it! There's more information on the Bikeability website.
