We can offer Free 1 hour cycle seminars These are an interactive presentation and discussion aimed at those who are tempted to give cycling a go but who have concerns about issues such as traffic, finding the best route, carrying luggage, coping with mechanical problems or any one of a hundred other things. Free 1 hour bike maintenance demonstrations These cover basic tips for bike maintenance, punctures, brakes and gears in 4 separate sessions.
