Level 1: Beginner
Can't ride a bike? A bit wobbly? You're not alone. We can help you get on a bike and get cycling.
Level 2: Need a refresher
Haven't been on a bike for a while and want to start cycling? Or perhaps you're confident on traffic-free routes but want to start cycling on the road? Our instructors can teach you the skills you need to cycle safely and confidently in traffic.
Level 3: Experienced cyclist
Our professional urban coaches can give you smart tips for: negotiating complex junctions more easily;improving your rush hour strategies;road position and filtering
You will need a roadworthy bike for your lesson. To check your bike is suitable please download the attached. We can also do lessons for electric bikes. UK law does not require you to wear a helmet, but if you do wear one it should fit correctly. For more information on helmets please download the attached.
Thanks to Bournemouth Borough Council, everyone over the age of 16 who lives, works or studys in the Local Authority area qualifies for 2 hours of FREE cycle training. If your home address is not in the area, please give us your company or place of study name and postcode at the bottom of the form below.
We offer group sessions and individuals sessions.
1. Small Group Courses: for these 2 hour sessions we keep to small groups of 4 people so everyone gets a lot of attention. There are sessions for beginners or improving riders - just let us know your current skill level, give us a call on 01202 451088.
