Our professional urban coaches can give you smart tips for: negotiating complex junctions more easily;improving your rush hour strategies;road position and filtering.

What to bring to your lesson

You will need a roadworthy bike for your lesson. To check your bike is suitable, please download this checklist. We can also do lessons for electric bikes.

UK law does not require you to wear a helmet, but if you do wear one it should fit correctly. For more information on helmets, download this information sheet.
